Rates include the use of the facilities including deck. Tables and chairs for up to 200 guests for the reception are included. Air conditioning or heating is also provided as needed during the day of the event. Also a representative will be available at all times during your event.  Please note rates are subject to change.

For 2024 the rates are as follows:
Friday Weddings                                  $5,900
Saturday Weddings                             $6,800
Sunday Weddings                                $5,500

For 2025 the rates are as follows:
Friday Weddings                                  $6,500
Saturday Weddings                             $7,200
Sunday Weddings                                $5,800

For an additional $500, you can have access to our Ceremony Barn. It has all the chairs needed for your ceremony guests, and the stunning decor will ensure that your ceremony will be one to remember.

Starting in 2021, if you would like to book the barn for the entire week before your Saturday wedding in order to set up without the worry of having any event scheduled during this week, then the rate for the week is $10,000.  Please note we reserve the right to book a Sunday wedding after your Saturday wedding, but we will NOT book a Friday wedding before your Saturday wedding.
